Go to the Billing page to cancel your current subscription and turn off automatic renewal. You can also email support@ideavideo.ai with your account information, and our support team will help you complete the cancellation.
Go to the Billing page, find the relevant payment under “Payment history,” and download the invoice. If you need help, contact support@ideavideo.ai, and we’ll send the invoice to your email address.
Go to the Credit usage history page to review recent credit activity, including when credits were added, how many were used, and related details.
Unused credits included with a subscription do not roll over to the next billing cycle. At the start of each new billing cycle, the credits included with your current plan are issued again.
This message appears when the credits required for the current task exceed your available balance. You can choose a model or generation settings that use fewer credits, upgrade your plan, or purchase additional credits.
AI models may interpret some instructions differently, so results may not always match your expectations exactly. Clearly describe the subject, action, scene, camera movement, and visual style, and use negative prompts to exclude unwanted elements. This can improve the accuracy of the result.
